Help Us Celebrate Asher's Birthday!

About 1 in 100 babies will die within the first week of birth

This may not seem like a staggering statistic, until your family becomes part of that statistic.

It is our dream that one day ALL babies will be born healthy. Unfortunately that is not the case for many families like ours. Please join us in memory of our son Asher on what would have been his second birthday by enjoying a meal at Max and Erma’s.

All you need to do is bring in one of our “Team Isaac and Asher” coupons to Max and Erma’s on February 22, and 20% of your purchase will go to the March of Dimes so they can continue to work toward making sure families don’t have to endure the heartache of losing a child to prematurity or birth defects.

Click HERE to download the coupon to take to the ERIE Max and Erma's

If you cannot attend our fundraiser, please consider donating to the March of Dimes by clicking on the March of Dimes button on the side of this page or join our team and walk with us in April! :) You CAN sign up and walk at a different location! We would be so honored to have you!

What a great thing your doing...I stop in and check your blog from time to time. I'm so sorry for your losses. We have a now healthy 5 year old preemie but prior to him lost 2 before birth. The March of Dimes is a great place to raise $$ for.

Wish we could help out on the 22nd. We WILL however be thinking of Asher and all of you that night, and we still plan on raising money for our team even if we can't join you all for the walk! We talked this last weekend about Greg walking with the kids this year, even if I can't. We'll see on Cate's timing!! Thinking of you Kristy as the 22nd approaches.

Kristy,
I just got caught up on a few of your past posts. I have a hard time keeping up and every now and then get it done:) I read your post on your Mom's birthday. I cry for you but rejoice in what you have taken from such a horrible loss. You are an amazing woman and though not perfect, like none of us, you are being made perfect through what God is allowing in your life. You are doing it and doing it well. I am thankful you share yourself because it inspires. I love you friend and pray for you daily.
Love,
Kim
Thinking of Asher as you approach his 2nd birthday.

I have been browsing through your posts and i have a few things to say and didn't know which one to post it to so i will just start here... first, obviously i don't know you but i can say by just the few posts that i have read that you in no way "fail" as a mother, wife, or housekeeper... second, i am so absolutely sorry for your loss... first your mother and then two children... i cannot even imagine the weight this bears on your soul... i send you a HUG...
third, i believe the "corn fairy" will now be a part of our household language... too funny
:-), your kids are adorable...

Glad i stumbled upon your blog, i will be back... you are inspirational at the very least!

I was just wondering if you will find out how the fundraiser did at M & E? I'd love to hear! I so wish we could've brought the gang up for it, or that we could've gone to the one in Monroeville.

We continue to lift you up.
