Breath of Heaven

This is a song that was used to end the service today. The worship team did an amazing job and like I said before though I know I am certainly no Mary this song had significant meaning for me this day. This is my prayer for today:

Breath Of Heaven
Lyrics by Amy Grant

I have traveled many moonless nights,
Cold and weary with a babe inside,
And I wonder what I’ve done.
Holy father you have come,
And chosen me now to carry your son.
I am waiting in a silent prayer.
I am frightened by the load I bear.
In a world as cold as stone,
Must I walk this path alone?
Be with me now.
Be with me now.
Breath of heaven,
Hold me together,
Be forever near me,
Breath of heaven.
Breath of heaven,
Lighten my darkness,
Pour over me your holiness,
For you are holy.
Breath of heaven.
Do you wonder as you watch my face,
If a wiser one should have had my place,
But I offer all I am
For the mercy of your plan.
Help me be strong.
Help me be.
Help me.
Breath of heaven,
Hold me together,
Be forever near me,
Breath of heaven.
Breath of heaven,
Lighten my darkness,
Pour over me your holiness,
For you are holy.
Breath of heaven,
Hold me together,
Be forever near me,
Breath of heaven.
Breath of heaven,
Lighten my darkness,
Pour over me your holiness,
For you are holy.
Breath of heaven.
Breath of heaven.
Breath of heaven.

Hi Kristy,
Church is a great place to feel renewed and closer to God. I am glad it brought you more hope as you enter a new week. We are continuously praying for you and your family. This is a great season for hope and miracles. Happy is in His hands and God CAN grant miracles. I enjoyed our pizza night! We should do it again soon.

Hi Kristy,
What a beautiful song.
I've been reading A Bethlehem Christmas which we talked about at our last EC meeting. It looks at Christmas from the perspectives of Mary, Joseph, and Gabriel and has been a refreshing way to look at Christmas. The song and the postings on Mary's prayer remind me of the book.

I am praying for Happy and you and your family.

Kristy,

I love that song. I'm sure that it does have a special place in your heart right now. I have been practicing that song all week getting ready to sing it for special music at our church. It's funny that you mention it because when I pulled it out to sing it, I thought of you and Happy!

Thinking of you and praying for you and your family and Happy today!

At church this week our pastor was preaching on the "possible impossible" and how God has ALL POWER and CAN DO ALL THINGS!! When people think there is no more hope out there, God always proves us wrong. The scripture he was using was Luke 1:26-38 but a certain verse stuck out to me "FOR NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE WITH GOD(v. 37)." I trully believe this. Just believe and trust God and the impossible becomes possible. Love you guys and you are ALWAYS in my prayers.

Hi Kristy,

Reading the words to that song gave me goosebumps. It really is beautiful.

I am sure that anyone who knows you & Howard know that you are the perfect one to carry Happy, the only one in fact, to love him, and bring him into the world.

Love, Lisa
